Your Registration form will double as your Pool Pass in 2008. Please fill out the form
completely, attach or enclose your picture(s) and send with your membership fee to
our P.O. Box, give the whole package to one of the board members, or bring it to the
front desk at the pool.
The Registration Form can be downloaded by clicking on the links below.
SRG provides a couple of ways to pay your membership fee:
** Pay the total fee by check when you submit your Registration Form;
** Request an online invoice to pay the total fee by credit card. Send us your contact
information and we will send you a Paypal Invoice. That invoice will lead you to the
payment site where you may pay with your credit card. Please remember, you still
need to fill out a Registration Form--it will become your permanent Pool Pass for the
summer.
