| Parking Spaces For Lease If you have more than two vehicles, a boat, or recreational trailer you can arrange to park these in the Pool Parking Lot for a monthly stipend. Townhouse residents have two spaces per unit - if you try to park in someone else's numbered space or a Visitors space your auto is fair game for the roving tow truck operator. Fees have been set for the 2010 pool season and registration forms can be found at Join the

The Board decided to keep the rates at essentially the same level as the past two years. Registration for
families is $350 and for singles $200. Despite the need for white-coat and new umbrellas and tables, the
Board decided to continue our present fee structure for another year. The only major change is an increase in
the per person charge for households registering more than 6 residents.

ADULT SWIM: 10-11AM Saturday mornings (Sunday if there is a swim meet on Saturday) feel
free to join us for some quiet time at the pool.

- A soda machine and a snack bar that serves pre-packaged snacks and ice cream treats.
The snack bar is manned by volunteers (there are some days that the snack bar is not
open--please feel free to volunteer to work in the snack bar on occasion). - A baby and toddler pool with a whole batch of new toys.
- A covered picnic area near the toddler pool and another covered area used for parties
and celebrations. - Swim lessons for younger children sponsored and taught by our Stingrays swim team.
